11/2" (38MM) Egg Shape Snap Hooks by Bobbin Girl Bag Making Supplies

Brilliant service again thank you, will purchase from you again when the need arises all being well, most of my craft is done to be sold for charity and I do not take any money from it so good reliable service is paramount.

I spent quite a lot of time online trying to find exactly what I needed and these snap hooks are perfect. Really good quality nickel finish and very sturdy. Very quick delivery, great website.

These items despite being ordered on 16th April have still not arrived. I was told, when I contacted the company, that they had been shipped out last Wednesday - 5 days ago- but I had received no shipping confirmation. So to receive this review request saying that the order was shipped out 7 days ago is quite incomprehensible. I totally understand that post is delayed in the present time, but when I contacted "Bobbingirl" about my order i got a very curt and, quite frankly, condescending reply to my message. I run a small business and am dependent on the income from that. I am still sending out orders - social distancing being taken well into consideration. I have had no complaints to date about late deliveries or items not arriving. I shall be taking my custom elsewhere but from Bobbingirl's attitude I don't think she will be bothered. She obviously does not need the business. Such a shame that Julie from "Bagclasps " handed her business over to Bobbingirl. This was the only reason I orderded from her but will not be doing so in the future.

Good quality fittings.. larger than I expected but looking back at photo on website, they exactly as photographed. Looking forward to using them
