Do you pre-wash your fabric ?

Pre washing fabric is a personal preference but I don't.  Personally I think fabric will never be the same after being washed, the smoothness and flatness of the fabric is lost and unless you are a professional cleaner, I doubt you would ever get every crease out again.  And when it comes to colour, I don't think pre washed fabric looks as vibrant as it did before washing.
