Medium weight interfacing such as Vlieseline F220/304 is a non woven fusible interfacing, it gives strength and sturdiness to fabric and is ideal for making cotton bag handles and for fusing to heavier weight fabrics such as denim and tweed. For cotton fabrics which have a tendency to crease, Bobbin Girl suggests avoiding F220/304 and recommends using a woven interfacing instead.
