Style Vil Fix, a fusible version of this very popular foam interfacing by Vlieseline
Style Fix Foam interfacing easily bonds to all fabrics, it has wefts on both sides to give strength and stability as well as high abrasion resistance. It is recommended for use with a number two iron setting, using a damp cloth and a pressing action (not gliding) for 12 seconds over each area to be fused.
Washable to 30° or dry cleanable. Made from 53% Polyester and 47 % Polyurethane

Arrived folded so I rinsed it out and dried it flat so creases disappeared. This was the first time I used the fusible version so I followed instructions to turn the steam off and use a damp tea cloth to press for 10 seconds then lift and move the iron. All adhered well, but not so well I couldn’t get it off to trim it down and re-apply. Gave good support to my bag.

I was a little surprised to read that you rinsed and dried it before use, as I wouldn't normally recommend doing that. The fusible adhesive is designed to be used straight from the pack, so washing it first could affect how well it bonds to the fabric.
Unfortunately, the foam does have to be folded for posting, but I find that if it's laid flat for a day or so after unpacking, most of the creases disappear on their own. Any remaining creases will usually press out when the foam is fused to the fabric using a dry iron and a damp pressing cloth, as you described.

Have been buying Style-Vil fusible foam from Bobbin Girl for some years now.It gives everything I use it on a great finish, particularly bags and spec covers. I find using a damp cloth and light steam makes a great fix. Highly recommend Style-vil and Bobbin Girl

Excellent product and it gives good structure in my bags, also easy to sew through. Service as usual was great.
